Accessibility Statement

Rayn’er Shine Properties LLC is committed to providing a positive and accessible experience to all guests and website visitors, regardless of ability or technology. We believe in hospitality that is welcoming to everyone, and we are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our digital website.

1. Digital Accessibility Standards & Efforts

We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website, with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our goal. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to individuals with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, voice-recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.

Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:

  • Improving the structure and heading order throughout the website.
  • Providing meaningful alternative text for property images and other visual content.
  • Maintaining appropriate color contrast between text and backgrounds.
  • Improving keyboard access for navigation, menus, and inquiry forms.
  • Reviewing the website to identify and address potential accessibility barriers.

2. Rental Property Physical Accessibility Information

We provide the following information to help guests determine whether our accommodations meet their individual accessibility needs.

Unit Access: Both units are located on the second floor. There is no elevator, and approximately 30 stairs are required to reach the units.

Entrances: Each unit entrance has an approximately 6-inch step at the doorway.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with an approximately 3-inch curb. The showers are not roll-in accessible and do not have grab bars.

Resort Property: The resort has paved pathways leading to common areas, including the pools and beach-access areas. Accessibility may vary throughout the resort property.

If you have questions about mobility, sensory, or other accessibility needs, please contact us before booking. We will gladly provide additional information and help you determine whether the property will meet your needs.
